The Lahore Electric Supply Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of RCC pile foundations for steel tubular poles as part of the 132 KV double circuit transmission line project for the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park-II grid station. This critical infrastructure project, designated as Lot-I, has a total estimated value of approximately 52.3 million Rupees and a scheduled completion period of 180 days. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above with a specialized CE-02 technical code for the year 2025-26. Bidders are required to demonstrate significant experience by having completed at least two similar projects valued at 26 million Rupees each within the last decade, alongside an average annual turnover of 78 million Rupees. Participation is restricted to firms registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 portal. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 1.046 million Rupees.
