Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction and completion of critical civil works and protection measures for the 500kV Nokhar-New Lahore single circuit quad bundle transmission line. This essential infrastructure project specifically targets Tower numbers 118 and 119 located within the Lahore region. The scope of work involves comprehensive civil engineering tasks including the installation of reinforced concrete pile pier foundations, pile shaft construction up to 20 meters in depth, and the transportation and installation of specialized 500kV towers. Additionally, the project encompasses the stringing of ACSR Drake conductors followed by rigorous testing and commissioning protocols to ensure grid stability. The total estimated value of this contract is approximately 26.7 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must demonstrate technical competence and maintain active registrations with relevant tax and professional authorities. All procurement proceedings will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 portal under a single stage two envelope procedure.
