The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids for the auction of shop tenancies located at Ladies Park, Gulgasht. This government tender includes multiple shop units, specifically labeled as 1A, 2A, 4A, 7A, 8A, 9B, 10B, 16B, 18B, and Shop No. 02, with dimensions ranging from 8x10 to 10x12 feet. Interested bidders must provide a security deposit of 100,000 Rupees for each unit and must present a valid CNIC to participate in the proceedings. The tenancy period is established for three years with a mandatory annual rent increase of 10 percent. Successful bidders are responsible for all utility connections, including electricity and gas, and must adhere to the department's approved designs for any shop construction or modifications. All government taxes and lease charges are to be borne by the tenant in accordance with Punjab Government policies. Technical and financial participation requires the submission of security amounts before the auction commencement, which is scheduled for 30 April 2026.
