Description / Scope of Work
The Trading Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed proposals from its prequalified consultancy firms for the renovation and rehabilitation of its office located at the 5th Floor, Block-B, FTC Building. This comprehensive project covers all consultancy aspects including the identification of work, preparation of initial reports, detailed drawings, and cost estimates. The selected consultant will be responsible for the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and the subsequent supervision of works at the site to ensure quality control and timely completion. The scope further extends to the processing and verification of contractor bills and performing regular inspections to supervise defect rectification during the liability period. Bidding is conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Interested prequalified firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal. The anticipated timeframe for project completion is eight months, with the submission deadline set for 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
