Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites interested parties to an open auction for the disposal of various miscellaneous items. The auction includes furniture, fixtures, electronic items, IT equipment, household appliances, and mechanical scrap from vehicle maintenance, as well as old tires and newspapers. All items are offered on an as is where is basis at the Judges Rest House located on Constitution Avenue. Bidders must deposit earnest money of 15,000 Rupees in cash to participate in the bidding process scheduled for 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026. Successful bidders are required to pay 50 percent of the total bid amount at the time of the auction, with the remaining balance due within three working days of the acceptance letter. Additionally, applicable income tax of 10 percent for active filers or 20 percent for non-active filers will be charged on the final sale price. Physical inspection of the items is available during office hours starting from 11 May 2026.
