Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Railways in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed bids for the procurement of Tyer's double line block instruments, wireless communication equipment, and the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of floor-standing commercial air conditioners and air compressors. This critical project falls under the Immediate Track Safety Works for the Rohri-Khanpur section and aims to enhance the operational safety and efficiency of the rail network. Interested firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or higher, with specialized codes EE04 and ME01. Additionally, bidders must be featured on the Active Taxpayer List as of the due date. A bid security of 2.400 million Rupees is required. All submissions must be processed electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 10:30 AM on 16 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM at the Divisional Accounts Officer in Sukkur. The successful bidder will be expected to complete the entire scope of work within a period of two months.
