Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites the general public to an open public auction for the dismantling and removal of serviceable malba and useable materials at the Warsak Road site. The auction specifically concerns the High Rise Flat Warsak-II building, formerly the Irrigation Mechanical Division Office. Interested participants are required to visit the site for personal inspection between 30 April 2026 and 18 May 2026 during standard working hours. To qualify for bidding, a refundable earnest money deposit of 350,000 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted to the Director General of the Authority by 18 May 2026. The successful highest bidder will be required to deposit one-fourth of the total bid amount on the day of the auction, with the remaining balance and applicable government taxes due within ten days of approval. The winning bidder must complete all demolition and site clearance within thirty days of the issuance of the letter of acceptance while ensuring all necessary safety and traffic hazard precautions are maintained daily. The open auction will take place at the Warsak-II site on 19 May 2026 at 12:00 PM.
