The Nowshera Cantonment Board in Nowshera, KPK invites expressions of interest for the outsourcing of tenancy rights for a newly constructed commercial building grey structure located at Survey Number 9-A on G.T Road. This procurement opportunity is open to firms, companies, banks, schools, medical centers, and hospitals on an as-is-where-is basis. The facility spans a significant area of 8.72 Kanals and includes a ground floor plus three additional floors totaling approximately 44,143 square feet of covered area. The initial rental period is set for fifteen years with options for two five-year extensions. Interested bidders must provide a thirty lakh Rupee call deposit receipt and be active income tax payers registered with the FBR. The project allows for a nine-month grace period for furnishing and finishing the structure under the supervision of a PEC approved engineer. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with PPRA Rules and Pakistan Cantonment Property Rules 1957. Applications must be submitted for opening at 02:00 PM on 25 May 2026, or the alternative date of 26 May 2026.
