The Workers Welfare Fund in Islamabad, Federal Government invites interested parties to an open public auction for the rental of the lower ground floor of its commercial property located in F-6 Markaz. This premium space, situated adjacent to the Shell Petrol Pump, is offered on an as-is and where-is basis for a monthly rental arrangement. To participate, bidders must be Pakistani citizens listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List and must not be defaulters of the Workers Welfare Fund. A security deposit of 2.5 million Rupees is required prior to the auction proceedings, which will be held at the Workers Welfare Fund Secretariat in G-10/4. If the initial auction on 18 May 2026 does not result in a successful bid, subsequent dates are scheduled for 01 June 2026 and 08 June 2026. Detailed auction documents including the rent agreement and eligibility criteria can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director (Tech) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 25,000 Rupees. The final auction session is set to commence at 3:00 PM on the closing date.
