The Workers Welfare Fund in Islamabad, Federal Government invites interested parties to an open public auction for the rental of a prime commercial property. The space available is the lower ground floor of a building located in F-6 Markaz, situated adjacent to the Shell Petrol Pump. Offered on an as-is-where-is basis, the auction is open to all adult Pakistani citizens who are listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List and are not defaulters of the Workers Welfare Fund. Participants must deposit a security amount of 2,500,000 Rupees before the proceedings begin. Auction documents detailing terms, conditions, and the rent agreement are available for a non-refundable fee of 25,000 Rupees from the organization's secretariat in Sector G-10/4. The first auction date is scheduled for 15:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with subsequent backup dates provided in case the initial session does not result in a successful bid.
