Description / Scope of Work
The University of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the auction of 752 Jamman fruit trees located at the Quaid-e-Azam Campus. The auction is conducted on an as is where is basis through the Stock Verification Section of the Treasurer Office. Interested bidders are required to submit their rates along with a bank guarantee or CDR of 10,000 Rupees in favor of the Treasurer, University of the Punjab. Tender documents must be submitted in the designated box at the Admin Block no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Participants must provide a copy of their CNIC and complete address with their submission. The successful bidder will be responsible for all associated costs including labor, carriage, and applicable government taxes. The fruit trees may be inspected during office hours through the R.O.II office prior to the submission deadline. The University's Main Auction Committee reserves the right to opt for open bidding or cancel any tenders without providing a specific reason.
