The United Nations Development Programme Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the hiring of an individual consultant to serve as a Civil Engineering Expert. This assignment is designed to provide professional oversight for civil engineering projects under the UNDP-PAK-01592 reference. The selected expert will be responsible for technical supervision and project management over a period starting from 1 June 2026 and concluding by 15 December 2026, totaling approximately sixty-five working days. Ideal candidates should possess extensive expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure oversight within the development sector. All applications and technical proposals must be submitted electronically through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. The deadline for submission is set for 6:00 AM New York time on 15 May 2026. Interested professionals must ensure they are registered within the Quantum system and should use the portal's messaging functionality for any specific technical clarifications regarding the negotiation documents or project scope.
