Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for various road maintenance and civil works across the capital city. The scope of work includes the repair and maintenance of major thoroughfares such as IJP Road, Murree Road, and various sectors, as well as the provision of road marking, signage, and traffic management equipment. This government initiative aims to improve urban infrastructure and road safety for residents and commuters. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and provide proof of active tax filer status. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. A bid security amounting to 2 percent of the estimated project cost is required for each lot. Tender documents containing specific technical requirements and bills of quantities are available at the CDA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All completed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with a formal opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
