Description / Scope of Work
The District Directorate of Agriculture in Mardan, KPK invites interested parties to a public auction for a wide range of old office equipment, furniture, and agricultural scrap items. The auction includes significant assets such as a laser leveler, computers, printers, and photo state machines, alongside various furniture items like conference tables, visitors' chairs, and cabinets. Additionally, agricultural and miscellaneous scrap items including a Hero 125 motorcycle, tires, and various steel fixtures are available for bidding. The auction will be held at the Model Farm Services Center on Nista Road near Fazl-e-Haq College at 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026. Participants must deposit a bid security of forty thousand Rupees in cash or bank draft in favor of the District Director of Agriculture Mardan to be eligible for bidding. Successful bidders must pay twenty-five percent of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance due within three days. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposited amount to the government. All applicable government taxes will be applied to the final bid price
