The Sindh Electric Power Regulatory Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the comprehensive design, renovation, interior fit-out, and furnishing of its office premises located at Bungalow No. D-155, Block 5, Clifton. The extensive scope of work involves civil works such as demolition and partitioning, electrical and mechanical services, and the supply and installation of high-quality office furniture. Key requirements include the setup of executive office suites for the Chairman and Members, thirty staff workstations, a 22-person conference room with integrated media solutions, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 or above and possess valid NTN and SRB registrations. A bid security of 600,000 Rupees is required alongside a non-refundable tender fee of 10,000 Rupees. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the SPPRA EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
