Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic bids for infrastructure and beautification works at the Civil Officer Mess. This project, under ADP number 359/220744, specifically involves the provision of air conditioning units, LED televisions, furniture, and various allied accessories. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope E-PADS system procedure. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C6 or above and be enlisted with the Communication and Works Department. A bid security of 1,040,000 Rupees is required, along with a non-refundable tender fee of 0.03 percent of the engineer's estimate. Technical proposals must be submitted both electronically via the E-PADS portal and in hard copy through registered mail or courier. The deadline for submission is 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Financial bids will be opened for technically qualified participants at a later date. All applicants must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and remain on the Active Taxpayer List.
