Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Clifton in Karachi, Sindh invites interested bidders to an open public auction for the disposal of miscellaneous unserviceable and old material from various branches. The auction is scheduled to take place on 02 June 2026 at the office of the Cantonment Board Clifton located in Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi, and will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis. Should a successful bid not be reached, subsequent auctions are scheduled for 03 June and 04 June 2026. Participation is open to firms and individuals registered with the Sales Tax Department who can provide an earnest money deposit of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a pay order. The winning bidder is required to pay one-fourth of the bid amount immediately upon the fall of the hammer, with the remaining balance and all applicable government taxes due within three days of board approval. All proceedings will comply with the enabling provisions of the PPRA Rules of 2004.
