Description / Scope of Work
The District Director Agriculture (Extension) in Haripur, KPK invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various machinery and equipment. This tender is issued under the development scheme titled Establishment of Model Farms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The required items include essential agricultural machinery such as rotavators, wheat threshers, and spray machines, alongside office equipment and IT hardware like laptops, printers, and photostat machines. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted according to the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Detailed specifications and terms are provided in the bidding documents available at the office of the District Director. All bids must be accompanied by a two percent call deposit as bid security. Completed applications must be delivered to the procurement office no later than 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, after which the proposals will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
