Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Horticultural Sciences, University of Agriculture in Faisalabad, Punjab invites interested parties to an open auction for the sale of various fruits and flowers located across the university's main campus. The auction covers multiple sites including Square Number 9, Square Number 32, the Fruit Plant Nursery, and the Floriculture Area. Bidders must provide a valid CNIC, maintain a personal bank account with a cheque book, and pay a non-refundable bid fee of 300 Rupees to the University Income Account. Bid security varies by location, ranging from 50,000 to 150,000 Rupees. Successful bidders are required to deposit half of the total bid amount within three working days of approval, alongside applicable taxes of 10 percent for filers or 20 percent for non-filers. The remaining balance must be secured via a post-dated cheque due by 30 June 2026. Interested participants can inspect the sites during office hours prior to the auction scheduled for 01 June 2026.
