SEPCO Sukkur invites electronic bids via EPADS for the turnkey procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) based on specification No. DS-01:2026. The project follows the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by May 20, 2026.
