Description / Scope of Work
The AJK Power Development Organization (PDO) in Muzaffarabad invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consultants and joint ventures for conducting a comprehensive feasibility study to identify Solar, Wind, and Geothermal energy corridors across Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This high-priority renewable energy project utilizes a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules. Eligible firms must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. The scope of work involves technical assessments, site identification, and resource mapping for sustainable energy development. Proposals must include a bid security of Rs. 2 million and be submitted to the Deputy Director (Planning) by 02:00 PM on 25 May 2026. RFP documents can be purchased from the PDO office upon submission of a written request and a non-refundable fee before 19 May 2026.
