Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Gujrat, Punjab invites interested individuals and firms to participate in a public auction for the sale of various unserviceable articles and scrap materials. The items available for auction include old office furniture, electronic equipment, and miscellaneous hardware accumulated within the judicial complex. This open auction is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis, and participants are encouraged to inspect the items at the court premises during regular office hours before the scheduled date. Bidders must present a valid original CNIC and a copy for registration at the time of the auction. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full bid amount immediately upon the fall of the hammer, along with any applicable government taxes. Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the cancellation of the bid. The Senior Civil Judge reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. The public auction is set to take place within the Judicial Complex on 20 May 2026
