The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of Common Bio-Medical Waste Management, Treatment, and Disposal services across various government hospitals in Punjab. This large-scale environmental health project requires the collection, transportation, and scientific disposal of infectious medical waste in accordance with the Punjab Hospital Waste Management Rules. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with proven experience in hazardous waste management and possess the necessary technical infrastructure, including incinerators or autoclaves compliant with provincial standards. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications and terms of reference can be obtained from the department's procurement cell. All participating firms must provide a bid security as specified in the documents and ensure they are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a single package following the specified procurement rules.
