Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of various items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, plant and machinery, hardware, and specialized I.T. equipment. The bidding follows a Single Stage One Envelope method, and bidders are permitted to apply for individual lots or all lots. Eligible participants must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR/PRA) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Technical requirements include the provision of high-end equipment such as 2U rack-mounted servers with redundant power supplies and Layer 2 Gigabit network switches. A 2% bid security of the estimated amount is mandatory. Bidders are bound by a 15-day delivery timeline following the issuance of a job order, and all rates must remain valid until June 2026.
