The Chaklala Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the public auction regarding the collection rights of three washrooms located at the commercial market of Chaklala Scheme-III. This auction is scheduled to take place on 01 June 2026 at 1000 hours at the Cantonment Office. The scope of the contract involves the management and fee collection rights for these facilities for a period of three years, subject to an annual escalation rate of 10 percent. Interested participants are required to submit a call deposit in favor of the CEO Chaklala Cantonment Board as earnest money amounting to Rs. 200,000. Bidders must also provide a copy of their CNIC to participate in the process. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the built-up area in a neat and tidy condition and ensuring all applicable government taxes and duties are paid. In the event that a suitable bid is not received on the initial date, subsequent auction dates have been fixed for 02 June 2026 and 03 June 2026.
