Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Society Support Program in Hyderabad, Sindh invites sealed Requests for Proposals from qualified and competent training service providers and firms to deliver Youth Skill Development Trainings. This initiative focuses on empowering youth through vocational training in nine distinct trades including Dress Making, Beautician services, Mobile Repairing, General Electrician work, Motorbike mechanics, Solar System installation, AC and Refrigerator repairing, Digital Marketing, and Barbering. Most training modules are designed for a three-month duration. Interested suppliers and firms must submit their comprehensive technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope to be considered for this project. Eligibility is open to firms registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or relevant authorities with demonstrated experience in vocational education. All proposal submissions must be completed and delivered to the organization no later than the deadline of 11 May 2026 to be eligible for technical evaluation and final selection for this training project.
