Description / Scope of Work
The Power Development Organization (PDO) in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed technical and financial proposals from reputable consulting firms to provide consultancy services for two major hydroelectric power projects. The scope of work involves conducting a comprehensive Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and developing a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the 132 MW Rajdhani Hydropower Project and the 100 MW Patrind-II Hydropower Project. These services are critical for ensuring the projects comply with environmental regulations and address social displacement concerns. Interested firms must demonstrate prior experience in similar large-scale energy projects and provide proof of registration with relevant tax and professional authorities. The selection process will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with AJ&K PPRA Rules. All interested consultants must submit their proposals in a single package containing separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial bids. The deadline for the submission of these proposals is 11:30 AM on 27 May 2026.
