Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from well-established and reputable firms for the procurement of high-performance ICT equipment. The scope of this tender includes the supply of advanced computing hardware, networking devices, and related peripherals to support the university's academic and research infrastructure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Detailed tender documents, which include comprehensive technical specifications, quantities, and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the NUST Main Campus during official working hours upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Each submission must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NUST. All completed proposals must be submitted to the procurement office no later than 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026.
