Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for the procurement of 132 kV/11 kV Power Transformers in two capacities: 31.5/40 MVA and 20/26 MVA. This National Competitive Bidding (NCB) is open to manufacturers and suppliers registered with NTDC, WAPDA, or DISCOs. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 21 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be delivered to the Manager (SCM) at HAZECO HQ, Abbottabad, before the deadline. These transformers are essential for upgrading the regional power distribution infrastructure in the Hazara Division.
