Description / Scope of Work
The Chaklala Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab, under the Military Lands and Cantonments Department, invites sealed bids for the public auction of tenancy rights for various commercial shops and premises located in prime areas including Sher Khan Road and various Cantonment markets. This auction is for a fixed tenancy period, and interested bidders are required to participate in a transparent bidding process. Eligible participants must provide a valid CNIC and are required to submit an earnest money deposit as specified for each individual property. The successful bidder will be responsible for the payment of all applicable government taxes, duties, and utility charges, including electricity and water connections. The procurement and auction process adheres to the Public Procurement Rules 2004, specifically Clause 33 regarding the right to accept or reject bids. Detailed terms and conditions, along with the list of available properties, can be obtained from the Revenue Branch of the Chaklala Cantonment Board. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and the auction will commence shortly thereafter at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer.
