Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites interested parties to participate in an open public auction for the rental rights of the General Bus Stand and various wagon stands (including Toyota stands) for a period of two years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. This auction follows the dismissal of previous litigation and stay orders by the High Court and Supreme Court, allowing the corporation to proceed with new licensing. The auction will be held on 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Office in Kotli. In case the auction is not finalized, secondary dates of 21 May and 22 May 2026 have been scheduled. Participants must provide their original CNIC, a copy of the ID card, and the prescribed call deposit (CDR) in the name of the bidder. Blacklisted firms and previous defaulters are ineligible unless they clear outstanding dues and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to the auction. Successful bidders will be responsible for paying all applicable government taxes.
