Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office in Lodhran, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a high-efficiency solar power system. The project scope includes the supply of twenty four A-Grade Tier 1 solar PV modules of 645 watts each, a 10 kW hybrid IP66 inverter with a five-year replacement warranty, and a 5kW lithium battery. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing a 14-gauge galvanized mounting structure, high-quality DC cabling, circuit breakers, and complete earthing material. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidding documents are available for download through the EPADS portal and the PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
