Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Dadu in Dadu, Sindh invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors, firms, and sole distributors for the procurement and installation of solar street lights. This significant infrastructure project aims to provide sustainable lighting solutions for various villages across Union Councils 02, 03, 05, 06, and other areas within Taluka Dadu. The scope of work includes the supply, fixing, and commissioning of complete solar street light units, ensuring improved safety and visibility for rural communities. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidding process follows the single-stage procedure with a 5% bid security required. Interested parties can obtain bidding documents from the office of the District Engineer, and all formal proposals must be submitted manually by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
