Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Public Administration in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various technical and medical equipment to enhance its facility infrastructure. The scope of this tender includes the supply and installation of an electric sliding gate system, two hydraulic road blocker systems with automatic boom barriers, and a comprehensive range of medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, nebulizers, and physiotherapy ultrasound machines. Additionally, the institute is seeking a solid waste management vehicle available in electric, hybrid, or fuel-based configurations. Eligible bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered and are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt. Interested authorized dealers and importers can obtain bidding documents from the NIPA Peshawar office or download them from the official website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Deputy Director of Administration and Finance no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
