Description / Scope of Work
The Agriculture Research Station Harichand in Charsadda, KPK invites interested parties and individuals to participate in an open auction for the sale of wheat straw (bhoosa) covering approximately 24 acres. The auction is scheduled to take place on Friday, 22 May 2026, at 10:00 AM on a 'as is, where is' basis. Participants are required to deposit a security amount of 50,000 Rupees with the Chairman of the Auction Committee before the bidding starts. The successful bidder will be responsible for paying an additional 15 percent income tax on the total bid amount. Terms of payment include a 25 percent deposit at the time of the auction, with the remaining balance to be cleared before the removal of the straw. The winning bidder must ensure the complete removal of the wheat straw from the station premises within three days of the auction. In the event of cancellation, the auction will be rescheduled for the following day. Final approval of the auction results rests with the Director of the Agriculture Research Station.
