Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Haripur, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various furniture and fixture items for the Civil Courts at Haripur. This procurement project aims to furnish judicial offices and courtrooms with high-quality items, including executive desks, chairs, cupboards, and other essential office fixtures. Interested bidders and authorized dealers must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, specifically following the single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Detailed tender documents, which include the complete list of items, technical specifications, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge during working hours. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, and the bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders.
