Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife, Swat Zoo in Swat, KPK invites sealed bids for the auction, contract, or lease of multiple facilities at the Kanju Township and Malam Jabba locations for the 2026-27 fiscal year. The scope of work is divided into seven distinct lots, including gate entry fee collection, parrot photography stalls, pony riding, public toilets, electric kids' vehicles, and cafeteria and souvenir shop operations. The contract period for all lots is set for one year. Eligible firms or individuals must be registered with EPADs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, possess active FBR and KPRA registrations, and demonstrate a minimum annual financial turnover of 10 million Rupees. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of their total quoted annual bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The procurement process follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADs portal by 11:00 AM on 09 June 2026, with hard copies delivered to the Kanju Township office by the same deadline.
