The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites interested parties to an open auction for the disposal of miscellaneous unserviceable store scrap. Located at the SMC Creek Vistas in DHA Phase-VIII, the auction covers a variety of scrap materials available on an as-is-where-is basis. Prospective bidders have the opportunity to inspect the available items on 13 May 2026 between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM at the storage site near Nueplex, Khayaban-e-Shaheen. The formal bidding process will take place on 14 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Successful participants are required to provide an advance payment of twenty-five percent of the total bid amount plus applicable taxes on the day of the auction, with the remaining balance due within seven days. All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Authority.
