Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Highways Division Muzaffarabad in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for various infrastructure development and restoration projects. The scope of work encompasses the construction and repair of several critical road links, including the road from Pattika to Bheri, the improvement of the Dhanni to Ghori road, and the rehabilitation of the route from Muzaffarabad to Kohala. These projects involve significant civil engineering tasks such as the construction of RCC retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, and asphalt surfacing to address damages caused by landslides and heavy rainfall. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and the AJ&K Public Works Department for the current financial year. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the official e-bidding portal. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be attached to the bid. Complete tender documents and technical specifications are available online or at the divisional office. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 29 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for the same day.
