Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the turnkey procurement, construction, and installation of a 1000 LPH (Liters Per Hour) Water Filtration / Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant, including the construction of a dedicated housing room. This project is funded under the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF) / Provincial Grant in Aid. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope system. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or reputable service providers who are active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The scope of work encompasses the complete installation of the RO system and the civil works required for its housing. Bidders are required to provide a minimum three-year warranty and committed maintenance services within 72 hours of a complaint. Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are provided in the bid solicitation documents issued on 12 May 2026. Proposals must be substantially responsive to all technical requirements to avoid rejection.
