Description / Scope of Work
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from professional, registered workshops and active tax-paying firms for the repair, maintenance, and overhauling of official vehicles and machinery equipment. The scope of work encompasses routine servicing, mechanical overhauling, electrical troubleshooting, bodywork painting, and the supply of genuine spare parts for a varied fleet of operational vehicles and heavy equipment. All interested workshop owners must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed bidding documents containing the list of vehicles, specific technical parameters, evaluation criteria, and contract terms can be obtained from the procurement section during office hours. The procurement will be executed using competitive bidding rules. Sealed technical and financial bids must be submitted manually to the department headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026, where they will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
