Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed commercial tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, and sole proprietors for a business concession opportunity at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. The scope of the concession involves the installation, operation, and maintenance of six massage/relaxing chairs to be placed within the International and Domestic Departure Lounges at Jinnah Terminal. This commercial revenue-generating opportunity is offered under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure (Technical and Financial) with a set reserve price of 600,000 Rupees per month. The license period is designated for one year or until the outsourcing of the airport, whichever occurs earlier. Bidding documents can be purchased during working hours until 02 June 2026 against a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees from the office of the Officer In-Charge (Commercial), PAA Jinnah International Airport. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Main Conference Room at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi, no later than 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026.
