The Government Shahbaz Sharif District Headquarter Hospital in Multan, Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from financially sound registered firms, local leading pharmacies, and authorized general order suppliers for the procurement of local medicines and day-to-day operational items for the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope of work involves the continuous, timely supply of urgent pharmaceutical products, medical consumables, and emergency healthcare items to maintain smooth hospital operations. To ensure eligibility, participating bidders must possess a valid retail drug license (for pharmacies), hold active tax registrations with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and be listed as active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) portal. Detailed bidding documents specifying item lists, estimate margins, and structural terms can be obtained from the hospital administration office during working hours. Sealed single-stage, two-envelope proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 06 June 2026, and the technical bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
