Description / Scope of Work
The Supreme Court of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-tenders from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, and Authorized Resellers for the supply, installation, and testing of IT equipment. This procurement project is divided into two distinct lots, featuring the establishment of a Data Center under Lot-1 and the supply of Server Machines under Lot-2. To be eligible, participating firms must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026. Crucially, a corresponding original hard copy of the bids, along with the required bid earnest money, must also be submitted physically to the Chairman Procurement Committee on or before the closing deadline, as failure to provide the physical document will render the electronic submission non-responsive.
