Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital Taxila in Taxila, Punjab, invites common and particular commercial bidders to participate in the public auction of Canteen and Parking Services for the financial year 2026-27. This income-generating public sector contract operates under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 (Amended in 2016) Rule 35(1) and the Auction & Collection Right Rules 2016. The tender requires an auction document fee of 2,000 Rupees and a mandatory Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 30,000 Rupees per service lot. To ensure legal compliance, all participating commercial operators must be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue registry, possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN), and present their original CNIC. The monthly reserve price starts at 20,000 Rupees for Parking Services and 27,500 Rupees for the Canteen, excluding applicable provincial government taxes.
