Description / Scope of Work
The National Commission for Human Development in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from eligible individuals, firms, and scrap dealers for the public auction of its condemned and unserviceable official vehicles and motorcycles. This asset disposal process is conducted on an As-Is, Where-Is basis under a Single Stage, One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and the newly notified disposal regulations. The inventory available for auction includes multiple lots featuring Suzuki Potohar Jeeps, Suzuki Bolan Vans, and Honda motorcycles manufactured between 2003 and 2007. Interested participants are required to inspect the technical condition of the assets at the designated department premises prior to bidding. To participate, bidders must submit a hard-copy bid form alongside a refundable earnest money deposit of 50,000 Rupees per vehicle lot, or 10,000 Rupees per motorcycle lot, issued in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt. Completed technical and financial auction bids must be hand-delivered to the Director of Administration at the commission headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026.
