The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids for its European Union-funded project titled 'Energy Plus-Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals) in the Upper & Lower Districts of Chitral'. The infrastructure development program focuses on green retrofitting across three high-priority public welfare facilities: the Basic Health Unit in Zondragram Terich (Upper Chitral), GHS Kosht (Upper Chitral), and GHS Susoom in Karimabad (Lower Chitral). Reputable construction firms and engineering contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration of Category C-5 or above, be registered with relevant tax departments, and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List. Procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure, and partial tendering for individual facilities will lead to immediate bid rejection. Completed bidding documents containing BoQs, architectural drawings, and evaluation criteria must be requested via email and physically delivered to the AKAHP Chitral Office before the afternoon opening deadline on 07 June 2026.
