Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA), Ministry of Defence in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed technical and financial proposals from reputable engineering firms for the commercial hiring of a Civil Consultant. The extensive engineering scope of work entails providing comprehensive resident and detailed construction supervision for the high-value Pakistan Maritime Housing Scheme development project, located on a major 4.9-acre (24,053 Square Yards) real estate plot in DHA Phase VII Extension. The selected civil engineering consulting firm will be responsible for evaluating architectural drawings, structural designs, Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and technical builder specifications, while enforcing strict quality control protocols and selecting construction materials in compliance with defined bye-laws. Participating consulting engineering entities must submit a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate, an affidavit of non-blacklisting, a detailed company profile, a preliminary site report, and split proposals forwarded directly to the PMSA procurement office on Plot 34-A, Dockyard Road.
