Description / Scope of Work
The Power Development Department of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed bids for the improvement of electricity network infrastructure across AJK under a contingent plan for the financial year 2025-26. The project encompasses the supply and installation of electrical equipment including distribution transformers, high-tension and low-tension lines, and related infrastructure components. Three distinct project packages are offered with budgeted costs of Rs 15,000, Rs 28,000, and Rs 54,000 respectively, featuring varying quantities of 50 KVA, 100 KVA, and 200 KVA transformers alongside transmission line extensions measured in kilometers. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as specified in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant technical qualifications as per government standards. A bid security of Rs 2,000 is mandatory for participation. Bidders are required to demonstrate financial capability and previous experience in similar electricity infrastructure projects. All proposals must comply with the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents and procurement regulations of AJK.
