Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas company engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Balochistan, invites bids for hiring of rental premises for the Sub Zonal Office in Samungli Zone, Quetta. The required premises must have at least 5 to 10 rooms with additional room and storage space, admeasuring a total area of 4000 to 7000 square feet, and must have sufficient parking area for 3 to 6 vehicles plus motorcycles for at least 10 persons as per the Bill of Quantities. This is being procured under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Tender Enquiry Number SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14241 has been extended to 12 May 2026 at 1130 hours for bid submission and opening.
Interested parties having legally cleared premises with valid title or ownership documents are eligible to participate in this tender. Suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All bidders are required to participate via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in compliance with SRO296(1)/2023 dated 08th March 2023. A fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees only) in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited must be submitted along with the priced bid. The tender fees are free of cost.
Tender documents are available on the SSGC website and EPADS platform and must be downloaded by bidders before submission. All documents must be duly signed and stamped as required. Physical bid bonds must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before the bid submission deadline, and scanned copies must be uploaded on EPADS. The bid submission deadline is 12 May 2026 at 1130 hours.
